Let me start off by saying that I really like the light kit. The instructions were great, and I love how it looks. My problems began when my Roomba ate one of the floodlights. I wanted to purchase a replacement floodlight, so I emailed support and waited a week. My email was never answered. I tried calling the 888 support number and got a message that they were not accepting calls. I called the non-toll free number and left a voice mail. They never called me back. After spending about a month trying to contact support, I reluctantly decided to purchase a whole new kit since that would give me a replacement plus an extra in case I needed it. The new kit shipped the day after I placed the order. It turns out that in the new kit, the floodlights have a fade in/fade out pattern, where the floodlights in the original kit have a flashing pattern, so I ended up with 2 floodlights in the new kit that match and 1 from the old kit that does not, plus a whole bunch of other lights that I don't need. So much for having an extra spare.
Brickloot is quick enough to take your money when making a sale, but don't expect to hear back from them when you need customer support. I'm ok with Brickloot not having customer support, but I'm not ok with the claim that they have customer support when they have none whatsoever.
