Is it easy to cancel my subscription?
For your month to month plan you can modify or cancel your subscription from the "subscription section" of your account page.
When I sign up for a 6 month or 12 month subscription, is it all charged up front?
Yes, when you purchase a 6 month or 12 month subscription you pay all at once in exchange for a discounted rate.
When will the next Brick Loot Box be sent?
We ship the Original Brick Loot Box on the 10th of each month and the VIB Brick Loot Box on the 20th. To receive the current month's Original Box, please make your purchase by the 5th, and by the 15th for the VIB Box. Otherwise, your first box will arrive the following month.
I just subscribed, which Brick Loot Box will I receive?
Original Subscription Box - If you subscribe by the 5th of the month, you'll receive that month's box. If you subscribe after the 5th, you'll get the box for the following month.
VIB Subscription Box - If you subscribe by the 15th of the month, you'll receive that month's box. If you subscribe after the 15th, you'll get the box for the following month.
When am I charged?
You will be charged on the 1st of every month.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States only.
How often do you release a new box?
We release a new box every month.
My box is missing an item or is damaged/broken. What should I do?
If your Box is missing an item or contains a damaged/broken product, please contact our customer support team at help@brickloot.com.
Provide your order details and a description of the issue, and we'll promptly assist you to resolve the problem.
Can I customize the content of the box?
No, Brick Loot’s team of LEGO and brick lovers choose the items for each months box. We are sure you will be pleased!
Will I get a tracking number for my box?
Yes, you will be sent a tracking number via email once the box has shipped.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Nope. Shipping is FREE on all subscription boxes.
